Acadia Realty Trust Announces Executive Promotions and Senior Officer Retirement

Acadia Realty Trust announced leadership changes on February 6, 2026, promoting two executives and announcing the retirement of a senior officer who served the company for more than three decades. The Rye, New York-based REIT made the year-end promotions to support its continued growth.

Executive Promotions

Alexander Levine has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Leasing and Development at Acadia Realty Trust. In his expanded role, Levine will continue leading leasing and development initiatives while assuming oversight of the company's property management and marketing teams. Levine joined Acadia in 2019 and was previously promoted to Senior Vice President, Leasing and Development in 2021.

Erica Pipitone has been promoted to Vice President, Financial Reporting. Pipitone will continue managing the company's financial reporting activities, including oversight of SEC reporting and technical accounting matters. Since joining Acadia Realty Trust in 2020, Pipitone has progressively advanced within the accounting team and has served as Director, Financial Reporting since 2022.

Chief Administrative Officer Retires After 31 Years

Joseph Napolitano has notified Acadia Realty Trust of his intention to retire as Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer on or about April 1, 2026. Napolitano's retirement concludes a 31-year tenure with the company and service as a member of the senior leadership team since 2007.

Acadia Realty Trust stated that Napolitano has successfully transitioned his responsibilities among several individuals within the company.
