ACROBiosystems Leases Office Space at Kadans Science Partner's The HIVE Innovation Center in Villejuif

VILLEJUIF, France — ACROBiosystems has leased dedicated office space at The HIVE Innovation Center, the life science laboratory and office building operated by Kadans Science Partner on Campus Grand Parc in Villejuif, the companies announced Sept. 16, 2026.

The lease places ACROBiosystems inside a 25,000-square-meter building at 116 rue Edouard Vaillant that Kadans delivered in 2025 as its first French asset. The HIVE houses roughly equal shares of office and laboratory space and includes a dedicated 3,000-square-meter Innovation Center — the portion of the building where ACROBiosystems has established its hub.

A Strategic Foothold in France's Oncology Cluster

ACROBiosystems, founded in 2010, employs close to 1,000 people across offices, research and development centers, and production facilities in Asia, North America, and Europe. The company's portfolio spans recombinant proteins, antibodies, assay kits, and GMP-grade custom services organized under brands including Resilient Supply, CytoPak, SAFENSURE, FLAG, Star Staining, Aneuro, ComboX, and GENPower, with a focus on oncology, cell and gene therapy, and immunotherapeutics.

The company said its arrival at The HIVE is intended to establish a local presence and build connections within the Campus Grand Parc community, which includes biotechs, hospitals, translational research institutes, and clinical partners.

The HIVE's Growing Tenant Roster

ACROBiosystems joins a tenant base at Campus Grand Parc that includes Orano Med, One Biosciences, the Paris-Saclay Cancer Cluster, Enodia, Signadori Bio, Orakl Oncology, Sanofi, and Valerio Therapeutics. Orano Med signed a lease for headquarters and research and development lab space at The HIVE in September 2025, with lab commissioning targeted for the first half of 2026. One Biosciences, which focuses on AI-assisted single-cell analysis for precision oncology, moved into the building earlier in 2026.

The building is designed to accommodate approximately 1,600 researchers and entrepreneurs and is positioned by Kadans as a hub for oncology innovation in the Greater Paris market. Campus Grand Parc is marketed as France's primary biocluster for oncology and advanced therapies.

Kadans Science Partner's French Market Position

Kadans Science Partner, owned by BNP Paribas Asset Management Alternatives, specializes in life science real estate across Europe. The HIVE represents the firm's first building in France and serves as the anchor asset of its French platform.
