Alliance Residential Acquires 10 Acres in Mt. Juliet for 312-Unit Mixed-Use Development, Land Advisors Organization Advises

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Alliance Residential Company has purchased a 10-acre parcel within the McFarland Farms master-planned development in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, with plans to construct a mixed-use project featuring 312 luxury apartments and retail and commercial space, Land Advisors Organization announced May 11, 2026.

Eric S. Deems and George Schubert with the Nashville office of Land Advisors Organization represented Alliance Residential in the transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed.

McFarland Farms: A 110-Acre Town Center Development

The McFarland Farms project, located at 5224–5238 Old Lebanon Dirt Road in Mt. Juliet, is a 110-acre planned development that broke ground in early 2025 and is expected to complete in 2030. Developed by Tulit Investment, the five-phase project is designed as a town center and will include 184 townhomes, 175 single-family homes, and the 312 apartments to be developed by Alliance Residential, providing a range of housing options within a single community.

In addition to residential uses, McFarland Farms is planned to include 35,000 square feet of commercial space for restaurants, retail, and entertainment. Community amenities include a 4,300-foot public greenway, a dog park, and a community amphitheater. The development team has also committed to infrastructure upgrades, including roadway improvements intended to address traffic congestion in the area. The project is focused on residential uses in its initial phases.
