Apogee Capital Acquires 188-Unit Flintridge Multifamily in Arlington from Lender-Owned Seller via Institutional Property Advisors

ARLINGTON, Texas, June 23, 2026 — Apogee Capital has acquired Flintridge, a 188-unit garden-style multifamily property in Arlington, Texas, from a lender-owned seller. Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), represented the seller and procured the buyer in the disposition.
Transaction Details and Brokerage Team
Taylor Hill, senior managing director investments at Institutional Property Advisors, led the brokerage assignment alongside IPA colleagues Michael Ware, Drew Kile, Joey Tumminello, and William Hubbard on the seller's behalf. The sale price was not disclosed.
"Recent interior and exterior capital improvements position this asset for continued growth and give the buyer the opportunity to capitalize on additional value-add opportunities and strategic income enhancements to drive revenue," Hill said in a statement.
The transaction involved a lender-owned asset. IPA noted that recent capital improvements may support further value-add investment by Apogee Capital.

Constructed in 1979, Flintridge is a two-story garden-style community with an average unit size of 743 square feet. The property's amenity package includes a resort-style swimming pool, business center, clubhouse, and laundry facility. Individual apartments feature stainless steel appliances, dishwashers, and balconies, while select units offer vaulted ceilings, backyards, and built-in bookshelves.
The property is situated near the intersection of Interstate 30 and Highway 360 in Arlington, placing it in proximity to Viridian, a 2,000-acre master-planned community. Major employers and entertainment venues in the surrounding area include General Motors, Lockheed Martin, AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, and Six Flags. Downtown Arlington, River Park Business Park, Centreport Business Park, and the Arlington Entertainment District are also within a short drive of the property.
