Colliers Secures 26,316 SF Office Lease for Oceans Healthcare in Plano's Legacy Submarket

PLANO, Texas, March 13, 2026 — Colliers has secured a 26,316-square-foot office lease at 6105 Tennyson Parkway in Plano, Texas, on behalf of tenant Oceans Healthcare. The deal was brokered by Colliers Executive Vice President Billy Vahrenkamp and Senior Associate Blaine Shawaker, who represented the tenant in the transaction.

Deal Details: LEED Gold Building in the Legacy Submarket

The leased space is located within a newly renovated, LEED Gold-certified office building that offers a range of tenant amenities. These include Tennyson Fit, a fitness center featuring fresh air systems and high-end locker rooms; expansive outdoor green space designed for team gatherings and casual meetings; and The Speakeasy, a dedicated meeting venue built for collaboration. The property's location provides access to Legacy West and The Shops at Legacy, two mixed-use retail and dining destinations in North Texas.

Financial terms of the lease, including the lease rate, lease term, and landlord identity, were not disclosed. No broker representing the landlord was identified in the announcement.
