Curinos Leases 14,000 SF at Marx Realty's 10 Grand Central in Midtown Manhattan

Curinos, a global data intelligence firm serving the financial industry, has signed a 14,000-square-foot lease at Marx Realty & Improvement Co's 10 Grand Central in Midtown Manhattan, according to an announcement from the landlord.

The deal marks a relocation for Curinos, which is currently based approximately two blocks north at 485 Lexington Avenue. The timing of the move has not been disclosed, nor has the length of the lease term.

Asking rents at 10 Grand Central range from $85 to $135 per square foot. Following the transaction, Marx Realty reports the building is now 98% leased.

Brokerage Teams and Representation

Adam Ardise and Rachel Rosenfeld of Cushman & Wakefield represented Curinos in the lease negotiations. Marx Realty was represented by Mitchell Konsker, Thomas Swartz, Carlee Palmer, and Margaux Kelleher of JLL. Spokespeople for Cushman & Wakefield and JLL did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Building Amenities and Tenant Roster

10 Grand Central is positioned as a hospitality-infused office building offering tenants a range of amenities, including a reservable house car for transportation, a lounge and café on the seventh floor, a 1930s French garden-style outdoor terrace, and a newly opened speakeasy-style restaurant called Highball Ltd.

Curinos joins an existing tenant roster that includes data center developer EDGE, bank holding company Merchants Bank, and research firm Green Street Advisors.

Landlord Commentary
