Greystone has arranged a $38.8 million refinance for Skylar Lofts, a newly built 80-unit multifamily community located at 26 Brook Street in Jersey City, New Jersey, the firm announced July 13.
Greystone acted as the capital markets arranger on the deal. The lender, loan terms, interest rate, maturity date, and loan-to-value ratio were not disclosed in the announcement.
