JLL Arranges Sale of Pavilion on Lovers Lane for Corrigan Investments in Dallas

JLL has arranged the sale and acquisition financing of Pavilion on Lovers Lane, a specialty-grocer-anchored retail center in Dallas, marking the first time the property has been offered on the market, the firm announced June 17, 2026.

JLL represented the seller, Corrigan Investments, a multi-generational Dallas real estate investment company. The buyer was identified as a Dallas-based real estate investment firm. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Property Details

Pavilion on Lovers Lane is located at 5600–5710 West Lovers Ln., immediately west of the Dallas North Tollway. The retail center spans two buildings totaling 113,823 square feet and sits on 7.0 acres. The property was built in 1986 and 2006 and most recently renovated in 2023.

At the time of sale, the center was 99.7% leased. Tenants include Eatzi's, Odelay, Stay Fit Studios and La La Land Cafe, among a mix of boutiques, restaurants and service-oriented concepts. The property reported traffic of more than 101,800 vehicles per day and is situated near neighborhoods including University Park, Highland Park, Bluffview, Devonshire, Greenway Parks and Preston Hollow.
