Kidder Mathews Names Craig Maturi Senior VP to Lead Bellevue Asset Services

Kidder Mathews has named Craig Maturi, CCIM, RPA, LEED AP, as senior vice president and market leader in Bellevue, Washington, the firm announced May 13. In the role, Maturi leads asset services across the Eastside, overseeing portfolio performance, operations, and business development for more than 6.5 million square feet of commercial real estate.

Role and Responsibilities

Maturi brings more than 20 years of commercial property management experience to the position. He advises institutional, private, and governmental clients across a diverse mix of property types. His CCIM, RPA, and LEED AP credentials reflect expertise in commercial investment analysis, property operations, and sustainable real estate practices.
