Link Logistics Acquires 352,396-SF Fully Leased Texas Industrial Portfolio in Dallas-Fort Worth and Austin

Link Logistics has acquired a two-building industrial portfolio totaling 352,396 square feet across Texas' Dallas-Fort Worth and Austin metropolitan areas, the company announced July 27, 2026. Both properties were 100% leased at the time of acquisition, and the transaction was brokered by Stream Realty Partners.
Portfolio Details: DFW Airport and Round Rock Submarkets
The portfolio comprises two infill industrial properties. The larger asset, located at 450 Airline Drive in Coppell, Texas, is a 291,285-square-foot warehouse situated within the DFW Airport submarket. The second property, at 2401 Double Creek Drive in Austin, is a 61,111-square-foot industrial facility in the Round Rock submarket. The acquisition price and other financial terms were not disclosed.
Link Logistics described the additions as consistent with its strategy of investing in industrial assets in supply-constrained submarkets. "This addition aligns with Link Logistics' strategy of investing in high-quality industrial assets in supply-constrained submarkets with strong fundamentals," said Andrew Goodman, senior managing director, Investments, at Link Logistics. "These properties provide additional exposure to markets where population growth and business expansion continue to support demand for well-located logistics space and reinforce our conviction in Texas as a long-term growth market."
Deepening an Existing Texas Footprint
The acquisition expands Link Logistics' already substantial presence in both markets. The company currently operates more than 30 million square feet of warehouse space across Dallas-Fort Worth and more than 7 million square feet across the Austin metro area, making this a deepening of existing market density rather than a new-market entry.
Laura Hyde, managing director, Investments, at Link Logistics, highlighted the strategic rationale for each submarket. "The DFW Airport submarket offers proximity to major air and rail infrastructure, while Round Rock provides access to the growing Central Texas corridor, a region benefiting from continued semiconductor and advanced manufacturing investment," Hyde said.
Infill Industrial Strategy and Market Context
The transaction reflects a broader pattern among industrial investors favoring infill, last-mile, and near-infrastructure assets in supply-constrained markets. Link Logistics cited population growth, business expansion, and manufacturing investment as demand drivers supporting the Texas industrial market. Acquiring fully leased assets reduces near-term leasing risk and supports cash flow certainty.
Link Logistics operates a warehouse portfolio of approximately half a billion square feet across the United States. The company was established by Blackstone in 2019 and focuses on last-mile industrial real estate and warehouse properties.
Transaction Broker
Stream Realty Partners brokered the transaction. The seller was not identified in the announcement.
