MAN Truck & Bus Leases 18,000 Square Meters at Frasers Property Industrial's Link Park in Günzburg

GÜNZBURG, Germany — MAN Truck & Bus has signed a lease for approximately 18,000 square meters of industrial real estate at the Link industrial and commercial park in Günzburg, Bavaria, according to an announcement by JLL dated June 12, 2026. Frasers Property Industrial owns the property, and JLL brokered the transaction on behalf of MAN Truck & Bus.

Lease Details

The leased space is located at Hendrik-Lorentz-Straße 4, 6, and 8 in Günzburg. Of the approximately 18,000 square meters secured by MAN Truck & Bus, roughly 15,200 square meters consist of warehouse space. The remainder comprises mezzanine and office areas. The transaction establishes MAN Truck & Bus as the anchor tenant at the Link park.

Park Overview and Occupancy

The Link industrial and commercial park was recently completed and spans nearly 49,700 square meters of leasable area distributed across three buildings. With the MAN Truck & Bus lease in place, approximately 40 percent of the total space is now leased. Frasers Property Industrial is pursuing DGNB Platinum certification for the new development.
