Mill Creek Residential Promotes Alexandra Bettius to Executive Managing Director of Capital Markets

BOCA RATON, Fla. — Mill Creek Residential, a developer, owner-operator and investment manager specializing in rental housing across the United States, announced March 17 that it has promoted Alexandra Bettius to executive managing director of capital markets.

In her expanded role, Bettius will oversee Mill Creek's capital markets transaction teams nationwide, serve as a voting member of the firm's investment committee and continue her membership on the company's audit and administrative committee.

A Decade of Growth Within Mill Creek Residential

Bettius originally joined Mill Creek Residential in 2016 and has since advanced through the ranks, previously holding the titles of managing director and senior managing director. Her nearly decade-long tenure at the firm reflects Mill Creek's stated emphasis on internal career development.

Background in Commercial Real Estate Lending and Development Finance

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Bettius spent 10 years at Cardinal Bank, where she rose to senior vice president. Her work there focused on non-owner-occupied commercial and residential real estate secured transactions, spanning acquisition, development, construction and permanent lending.

Bettius holds a bachelor's degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, and a master's degree in real estate development from George Mason University.
