PRP Real Assets Hires Scott Hahn as Director of Mission Critical Assets in Los Angeles
WASHINGTON, D.C. — December 1, 2025 — PRP Real Assets announced that it has hired Scott Hahn as Director of Mission Critical Assets, based in Los Angeles. In this role, Hahn will focus on growing PRP’s portfolio of mission-critical properties.
Strategic Hire to Support Growth in Mission Critical Real Estate
According to PRP Real Assets, the hire represents a strategic step in expanding its Mission Critical Assets platform. Hahn’s Experience in Commercial Real Estate
Hahn brings 10 years of industry experience, with over $2.2 billion and 12.9 million square feet closed across more than 105 transactions. Before joining PRP, he served as Vice President of Industrial Acquisitions for Rising Realty Partners and previously held positions with WeWork, Montana Avenue Capital Partners, and CBRE Capital Markets.
