SASSENBURG, Germany — Schnellecke Real Estate GmbH has sold a logistics and production facility in Sassenburg, Lower Saxony, to the Periskop Logistik Fonds, the parties announced June 19, 2026. JLL exclusively advised the seller on the transaction.

The property, located at Rohwiesen 2 in Sassenburg near Wolfsburg, comprises approximately 49,000 square meters of rentable space situated on a roughly 93,000-square-meter land plot. Schnellecke Real Estate developed the facility over the past two years. The asset holds a DGNB Gold sustainability certification.
The facility serves as an assembly and logistics center for a long-term automotive manufacturer tenant, according to the announcement. Financial terms of the transaction, including the sale price, were not disclosed.
