Stiles, Cantrell & Morgan and FCA Partners Close $45M Retail Real Estate Acquisition in St. Johns County
A partnership consisting of Stiles, Cantrell & Morgan and FCA Partners has closed a $45 million acquisition of approximately 93.1 net developable acres across six parcels at World Commerce Center in St. Johns County, Florida, the firms announced Feb. 19, 2026.
The retail real estate transaction is located at 200 World Commerce Parkway in St. Augustine. The partnership will assume the existing Development of Regional Impact (DRI) designation and all project entitlements. The project is named World Commerce Center Featuring Legends Landing.
