Stockdale Capital Partners Signs 40,302-SF Office Lease with PURE Insurance at The Galleria in Scottsdale

Stockdale Capital Partners announced Feb. 3 that it has signed PURE Insurance to a 40,302-square-foot lease at The Galleria, a creative office campus located at 4301-4343 North Scottsdale Road in Old Town Scottsdale. The lease represents part of 73,000 square feet of leasing activity at the two-building property.

PURE Insurance, a high-net-worth personal lines insurer, will relocate its regional headquarters to 4343 North Scottsdale Road under a long-term lease with Stockdale Capital Partners. The company will occupy a portion of the second floor, joining tenants including TikTok U.S. Data Security, Indeed, AmTrust RE, Concord Servicing, Mark-Taylor Residential and SPACES.

Additional Leasing Activity at The Galleria

Stockdale Capital Partners also announced that Independence Home Loans, which signed a lease for 22,977 square feet in March 2025, is taking an additional 23,148 square feet, doubling its footprint at the property. Data analysis and cybersecurity firm Varonis has renewed its 9,783-square-foot lease at The Galleria.

The transactions represent more than 73,000 square feet of leasing activity and contribute to over 222,000 square feet of new leases and renewals executed at The Galleria in less than a year.

Property Details

The Galleria is a 600,000-square-foot creative office campus spanning two low-rise buildings connected by a skybridge. Located at the intersection of Scottsdale Road and Drinkwater Boulevard in Scottsdale's Old Town Entertainment District, the property was originally built in the late 1980s as a regional retail center and converted to office use in the mid-2000s.

Stockdale Capital Partners acquired the property in 2013. The firm recently completed a state-of-the-art fitness center and high-tech conference facility, complementing existing amenities such as outdoor patios, interior "skyboxes," atrium meeting spaces and the fast-casual eatery Comoncy Café.
