Trademark Hires Tory Glossip as Senior Vice President of Property Management

Trademark Property Company has named Tory Glossip Senior Vice President of Property Management, the Fort Worth-based mixed-use investor, developer, and operator announced Sept. 9. Glossip brings approximately 25 years of retail and mixed-use property management experience to the role as Trademark oversees a portfolio that now exceeds 10 million square feet across 19 retail and mixed-use properties.

A Seasoned Operator for a Growing Platform

Glossip joins Trademark from Centennial Real Estate, where she served as Vice President of Property Management and oversaw 17 properties totaling more than 9 million square feet and roughly $163 million in annual revenue, including $80 million of active redevelopment. Before that, she spent four years as Managing Director of Real Estate Management Services at Colliers International, growing the region's assets under management from 5.7 million to more than 10 million square feet in three years.

Earlier in her career, Glossip spent 12 years at Madison Marquette, where she led a $750 million Pacific Northwest portfolio and played a leadership role in the $90 million redevelopment of Pacific Place, a landmark urban retail property in downtown Seattle.

Role and Responsibilities at Trademark

In her new position, Glossip will assume primary responsibility for a portion of Trademark's portfolio and will fully lead the company's property management function and strategic initiatives. The firm employs more than 200 people and is actively advancing three development projects.

Recent Portfolio Expansion Provides Context for the Hire

The appointment follows two significant additions to Trademark's managed portfolio. The firm recently assumed management, leasing, and operations of Atlantic Station, a 138-acre mixed-use retail district in Atlanta. Trademark has positioned Atlantic Station as a core example of its institutional-quality mixed-use operating platform.

Trademark also acquired Oak Hill Plaza, a neighborhood shopping center located at the northwest corner of US 290 and SH 71 in southwest Austin, through a joint venture with Cohen & Steers' Real Estate Opportunities Fund. The center is 92.5% occupied and counts Wells Fargo, The Picklr, Pluckers, Dollar Tree, and AutoZone among its tenants. Oak Hill Plaza represents Trademark's third property in the Austin metro, joining Great Hills Market & Station among its Austin holdings.

Credentials and Industry Recognition

Glossip holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM), and Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP) designations. She was named a 2020 GlobeSt. Woman of Influence and is active in ICSC and IREM, having served in board leadership roles including vice chair and chair of ICSC@Red River. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from the University of Iowa.
