Värde Partners Provides €275 Million Refinancing for German Logistics Facility

LONDON — Varde Partners, a global investment firm specializing in credit and credit-related assets, announced on May 13, 2026 that an affiliate of Värde Partners has provided a €275 million financing to refinance a logistics facility in Germany.
The purpose-built facility is leased on a long-term basis to a global e-commerce operator and is described by the firm as one of the most modern facilities of its kind in Germany. Specific details regarding the property's location, square footage, and tenant identity were not disclosed.

The €275 million refinancing was executed by an affiliate of Värde Partners, with the firm acting as lender.
