PLANO, Texas, March 4, 2026 — Technology firm Yardi has leased 70,106 square feet at 7900 Windrose, a Class A office tower in Plano, Texas, Cushman & Wakefield announced. The transaction encompasses suites 14S and 15S and brings the tower's occupancy to over 90%.
Office Real Estate Deal Details
The leased space spans two floors of the 1,038,853-square-foot Windrose Tower, located at 7900 Windrose Ave in Plano, Texas. The building was constructed in 2017 and renovated in 2022. Prior to the transaction, the two floors had been listed at asking rates of $42 to $44 per square foot on a triple-net basis, according to market data; the confirmed deal rate was not disclosed.
Cushman & Wakefield's Matt Schendle, Travis Boothe, Carrie Halbrooks, and Mary Frances Burnette represented the landlord in the transaction.
