Ackerman Retail Names Craig Taylor Senior Vice President to Strengthen Retail Real Estate Investment Sales Platform

ATLANTA, February 19, 2026 — Ackerman & Co, a division of Ackerman & Co., has named Craig Taylor as Senior Vice President, the firm announced Wednesday. Taylor spent more than 25 years at CBRE in its Capital Markets Group and will continue to specialize in the sale of multi-tenant retail properties, including unanchored and shadow-anchored shopping centers.

Taylor Brings Nearly $1.3 Billion in Retail Real Estate Transaction Volume

Over the course of his career, Taylor has closed nearly 200 retail transactions totaling more than $1.3 billion in sales volume. His focus on unanchored and shadow-anchored shopping centers aligns with Ackerman Retail's emphasis on serving local and regional investors.

Real Estate Acquisition and Financing Services Central to New Role

In his new position, Taylor is expected to leverage Ackerman's debt and equity services to assist clients with financing for acquisitions and recapitalizations. The firm noted that Jonathan Rice, Executive Vice President of Capital Markets, joined Ackerman & Co. in 2025 from CBRE and helps arrange a range of financing options for third-party clients.

Ackerman Retail has completed more than 10 million square feet of transactions valued at $1.7 billion to date, according to the firm.
