Ackerman/Gable Brokers $16M Land Sale in Stockbridge, GA for Mixed-Use Development
The Ackerman/Gable Land Advisory Group has brokered the $16 million sale of a 299-acre site in Stockbridge, Georgia, setting the stage for the Reeves Creek mixed-use development that will include 1,451 residential units and 41,000 square feet of commercial space, the firm announced March 26, 2026.
The buyer, 300 Reeves Creek LLC — comprised of principals from Atlanta-based development firm Aston Wright — acquired the land from an entity owned by Vista Residential Partners. The purchase price was $16 million. The site sits off Flippen Road near the intersection of Interstate 75 and Interstate 675 in Henry County.
Reeves Creek: A Large-Scale Mixed-Use Development
The master-planned Reeves Creek project is planned to include 646 multifamily units, 338 single-family detached homes, 285 townhomes, and 183 senior housing units, in addition to the 41,000 square feet of commercial space. The development will also incorporate extensive open space, walking trails, and direct access to the 1.6-mile Reeves Creek Trail.
The buyer expects to begin construction on the first multifamily phase in late 2026. The site features two direct access points from Flippen Road and offers proximity to the I-75/I-675 interchange, providing access to Downtown Atlanta, Midtown Atlanta, and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

Deal Team and Transaction Details
The seller was represented by John Speros and JT Speros of Ackerman & Co., along with Kyle Gable of Gable Land Co., operating together as the Ackerman/Gable Land Advisory Group. No financing details were disclosed.
