Associated Bank Closes $50.1M Construction Loan for Trinsic Residential Group's 300-Unit Aura Brookview in Flower Mound, Texas
Associated Bank has finalized a $50,114,350 construction loan for Trinsic Residential Group to fund development of Aura Brookview, a 300-unit Class A multifamily community in Flower Mound, Texas, the bank announced June 29, 2026.
The loan will finance construction of four four-story, elevator-served, wood-framed apartment buildings on approximately 10 acres within Brookview, a 240-acre master-planned community located at the intersection of Cross Timbers Road and Highway 377. Flower Mound sits roughly 35 miles north of the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area.
Project Details and Amenities
Aura Brookview's 300 rental units will feature high-end interior finishes including quartz countertops, kitchen islands, stainless steel appliances, and full-size washers and dryers. Parking options will include tuck-under and detached garages in addition to surface parking.
Common area amenities are planned to include a clubhouse, co-working space, a private pool with covered patio, grilling stations, fire pits, a dog park, dog washing stations, and a secure parcel management room.
Loan Arrangement and Associated Bank's Role
Heath Davis, a senior vice president with Associated Bank's Commercial Real Estate division in Houston, managed the loan arrangements and closing, according to the announcement.
