KATY, Texas — May 11, 2026Atlas Real Estate Partners has acquired The Maddox, a 326-unit, Class A multifamily community in Katy, Texas, the firm announced. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Maddox was built in 2019. Atlas Real Estate Partners describes the investment as a core-plus strategy. The firm is headquartered in New York, New York.

Atlas Real Estate Partners' Recent Activity

The Maddox acquisition is the latest in a series of multifamily transactions announced by Atlas Real Estate Partners. In July 2025, the firm acquired Perse Apartments, a 384-unit community in Orlando, Florida. In November 2025, Atlas celebrated the grand opening of The Hawkins, a 192-unit luxury apartment community in Chamblee, Georgia. In January 2026, the firm secured Fannie Mae financing for Standard Assembly, a 310-unit mixed-use community in Nashville's Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood, which the firm described as a milestone for Opportunity Zone development.
