Baer Manufacturing, a division of Hunt Electric Corp., has signed a lease for a 606,000-square-foot build-to-suit industrial facility at Crosspoint Industrial Park in Georgetown, Texas, along the I-35 corridor north of Austin.

Endeavor Real Estate Group served as tenant representative alongside Stack Industrial Partners in helping Baer Manufacturing secure the facility.

Project Details and Operational Scope

The facility is located within Crosspoint Industrial Park, a 224-acre industrial development positioned along the I-35 corridor in Georgetown. Baer Manufacturing will use the space to manufacture prefabricated electrical products that serve large-scale infrastructure and data center projects. The project is expected to support up to 250 jobs.

Georgetown's Industrial Real Estate Momentum

The lease reflects broader trends in industrial real estate development across Central Texas. Georgetown has emerged as a destination for manufacturers and corporate users seeking access to workforce, transportation infrastructure, and the wider Central Texas market. Recent announcements from domestic and international companies have reinforced Georgetown's position as an active industrial submarket.

Demand for modern industrial space in the region is increasingly driven by companies tied to advanced manufacturing, electrical infrastructure, and the expanding digital ecosystem. These users typically require large facilities capable of accommodating specialized operations and future expansion, characteristics that align with Baer Manufacturing's intended use of the Georgetown facility.

Endeavor Real Estate Group and Stack Industrial Partners

Endeavor Real Estate Group represented Baer Manufacturing on the tenant side of the transaction. The firm noted that the project demonstrates the importance of strategic site selection and the value of understanding how industrial real estate can support a company's operational goals both today and into the future.

Stack Industrial Partners also served as tenant representative in the deal. Financial terms of the lease were not disclosed.
