BMC Software Extends 95,827-SF HQ Lease at CityWest Place 4 in Houston, Cushman & Wakefield Reports
HOUSTON — BMC Software has extended its headquarters lease for 95,827 square feet at CityWest Place 4 in Houston, according to Cushman & Wakefield. The transaction brings the four-building, Class AA office campus to 97% leased as of summer 2026.
Cushman & Wakefield Represents Both Tenant and Ownership
Cushman & Wakefield Vice Chairman Scott Wegmann and Executive Director Kevin Ray represented BMC Software in the lease extension. Executive Directors JP Hutcheson and Amanda Nebel represented the ownership group, a venture consisting of Parkway, 3Edgewood and Midway.
CityWest Campus Overview and Amenities
Located at 2103 CityWest Blvd. in Houston’s Westchase district, CityWest Place 4 is part of the 35-acre CityWest office campus totaling approximately 1.5 million square feet. The property includes landscaped outdoor areas such as flower gardens, pine groves, a mini-amphitheater, and water features. On-site amenities include dining options, car detailing, a dentistry center, two fitness centers, an indoor basketball court, dry cleaning, and collaborative leisure spaces.

According to Eric Siegrist, Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, the CityWest campus has benefited from a trend toward high-quality office properties in Houston, with more than 567,000 square feet of new and expansion leases completed in the past two years.
