British clothing brand Boden has signed a lease for its first U.S. retail store at Avalon, a mixed-use development in Alpharetta, Georgia owned and operated by Jamestown LP.

The lease marks Boden's first U.S. physical retail location. The signing positions Avalon as the platform for the brand's initial foray into U.S. physical retail.

About Avalon

Avalon comprises 570,000 square feet of retail space. Phase I of the development opened in October 2014, with Phase II completing in April 2017.

The property currently maintains 100% occupancy across its Phase I retail component. Existing tenants include Regal Cinemas, Whole Foods, Crate & Barrel, The Container Store, and Tesla.

Jamestown LP

Jamestown LP is a real estate investment and management firm. Among its other properties is Ponce City Market in Atlanta.

No financial terms of the Boden lease were disclosed. An opening date for the store was not announced at the time of publication.
