CBRE has arranged the $45 million sale and financing of 2081 Faraday Ave., a 157,973-square-foot single-tenant industrial corporate headquarters property in Carlsbad, California, the firm announced July 8, 2026. Majestic Asset Management acquired the fully leased asset following the firm's recent $235 million disposition in Goleta, California.

The seller was a real estate investment and management company. CBRE's Hunter Rowe, Barbara Perrier, Michael Longo, and Matt Carlson represented the seller in the transaction, while Val Achtemeier secured financing for the buyer. Leasing advisory services were provided by CBRE's Roger Carlson, Dennis Visser, and Blake Wilson.

Built in 1997, the facility at 2081 Faraday Ave. has undergone significant capital and tenant improvements, including high-end interior finishes and upgraded amenities designed to support corporate headquarters operations. The property spans approximately 9 acres at the corner of Faraday Ave. and College Blvd. within the Carlsbad Research Center submarket.

The building features a stadium-style LED video board, an outdoor sport court, 26-foot clear height, heavy power, and both dock and grade-level loading. The site offers immediate access to Interstate 5, providing connectivity throughout San Diego County and Southern California.

At 157,973 square feet and a $45 million transaction price, the deal implies a price of approximately $285 per square foot.
