Centennial Wins Management and Leasing Assignment for Paramus Park Mall in New Jersey

DALLAS, TX — June 10, 2026 — Centennial, powered by Lincoln, a national retail real estate owner and operator, today announced that it has been awarded the management and leasing contract for Paramus Park, a regional shopping center located at 700 Paramus Park in Paramus, New Jersey. The agreement, which took effect June 10, 2026, positions Centennial to provide a full suite of services at the property, including property management, leasing, specialty leasing, marketing, and accounting.

Assignment Details and Scope of Services

Under the terms of the contract, Centennial will oversee day-to-day operations and leasing activity at Paramus Park, a roughly 770,000-square-foot retail destination that has served Bergen County for more than 50 years. The center is home to more than 80 tenants and is anchored by Macy's and Stew Leonard's. Its tenant roster includes nationally recognized retailers such as Aeropostale, Bath & Body Works, L.L.Bean, Old Navy, Sephora, Ulta Beauty, UNIQLO, and Victoria's Secret, as well as dining options including Chick-fil-A, Panera Bread, Starbucks, and Wetzel's Pretzels.
