Colliers Closes Sale of 208,000-SF Industrial Facility in Rossford, Ohio

ROSSFORD, Ohio — May 20, 2026 — Colliers has completed the sale of Innovation Industrial Park Building 2, a 208,000-square-foot Class A industrial facility located at 1901 Innovation Avenue in Rossford, Ohio, just south of Toledo, the firm announced. The property was acquired by Glen Una Management from seller Scannell Properties.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
