Colliers Expands Inland Empire Industrial Real Estate Platform With Addition of Brad Fox, SIOR

Fox brings more than 12 years of transaction experience spanning industrial sales, leasing, land assemblage, and site selection in one of the nation's most competitive logistics markets.

Fox has completed over $380 million in transactions, representing owner-users, private investors, developers, and institutional clients in complex industrial sales and leasing assignments across Southern California. His experience includes land development, large-scale leasing, repositioning strategies, and investment dispositions in the Inland Empire market.
