Colliers Minneapolis-St. Paul has facilitated the sale of Graham Place Senior Apartments, a 121-unit, 55-plus Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)-designated senior housing community located in St. Paul's Highland neighborhood, the firm announced March 10, 2026. The team represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.

The Colliers multifamily team responsible for the transaction included Executive Vice Presidents Mox Gunderson, Dan Linnell, and Adam Haydon, along with Associate Vice President Devon Dvorak and Associate Broker Drew Jackson. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

His background includes work with both institutional and private capital investors on large-scale portfolios, new developments, affordable housing, and value-add investment sales.

Dvorak, an Associate Vice President, focuses on acquisition, disposition, and financing of multi-housing transactions across the Midwest. He spent five years at JLL prior to joining Colliers, building experience in investment advisory and capital markets. Jackson, who joined the team in 2024 and now serves as an Associate Broker, holds degrees in Finance and Real Estate from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul and supports the team's private capital platform and institutional transactions.
