Colliers Names Jodie Poirier to Lead Combined U.S. Leasing Platform
LOS ANGELES, June 8, 2026 — Colliers U.S. has appointed Jodie Poirier as President, Occupier Services & Agency Leasing | U.S., consolidating the firm's tenant representation and landlord representation businesses under a single national leader, the company announced.
The appointment expands Poirier's existing responsibilities, which previously centered on the firm's U.S. Occupier Services business. Her combined purview now encompasses tenant representation, transaction management, strategic consulting, workforce and location analytics, portfolio strategy, technology services, and lease administration — alongside the agency leasing business.
Leadership Structure and Strategic Rationale
Gil Borok, President & CEO | U.S. & LATAM at Colliers, framed the decision as a strategic alignment play designed to accelerate growth across both leasing disciplines. "Jodie's leadership has been instrumental in scaling our Occupier Services business, making her the ideal executive to guide the strategic direction of our combined U.S. leasing platform," Borok said. "By having a dedicated leader oversee these services, we are positioned to accelerate the growth of both businesses and ensure that our tenant and landlord producers alike have the premier resources and executive support to deliver exceptional results."
Poirier, in her own statement, acknowledged the structural differences between the two disciplines while pointing to shared foundations. "Occupier and agency leasing are distinct disciplines, each serving different clients and objectives," she said. "What unites them is a shared commitment to market intelligence, expertise, and client outcomes. By aligning these businesses under a common leadership structure, we can further strengthen both platforms and empower our professionals to deliver greater value for clients across the U.S."
Platform Expansion Built on Occupier Services Track Record
Colliers cited Poirier's proven track record in scaling the U.S. Occupier Services business as the basis for extending her leadership to the agency leasing side. The firm said the combination is intended to bring a more strategic approach to both businesses, with an emphasis on market data quality, listing visibility, and transaction expertise.
AI and Data Analytics Central to Combined Platform Strategy
Alongside the leadership announcement, Colliers said it plans to expand premium AI access to all U.S. professionals, a move the firm tied directly to its goal of improving client outcomes across the leasing platform. The company said the combined business will continue building on advanced data analytics, predictive market research, location intelligence, and workforce analytics.
Colliers also said it will enhance strategic property marketing to support leasing objectives and deliver what it described as "seamless, institutional-grade lease administration services" aimed at helping occupier clients improve portfolio visibility, efficiency, and decision-making.
Colliers' U.S. Move Fits Broader Corporate Strategy
Colliers operates as a global diversified professional services and investment management company across three businesses: Commercial Real Estate, Engineering, and Investment Management. The firm reported $5.7 billion in annual revenues, 24,000 professionals worldwide, and $109 billion in assets under management. The company has described itself as having a greater than 30-year track record of consistent growth and strong recurring cash flows.
The platform consolidation under Poirier is consistent with Colliers' stated strategy of scaling complementary, high-value businesses that span the full asset lifecycle.
