NOBLESVILLE, Ind. — Cushman & Wakefield announced it facilitated the sale of Stony Creek Marketplace, a 204,811-square-foot Class A retail shopping center located at 17015 Mercantile Blvd in Noblesville, Indiana. The seller was The Rainier Companies, and the buyer was a private investor whose identity was not disclosed. Financial terms of the transaction were not released.

Shopping Center Includes Best Buy, TJ Maxx, and National Retail Tenants

The shopping center includes Best Buy, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, Ross, PetSmart, Five Below, Barnes & Noble, and Shoe Carnival among its inline tenants. The property is shadow-anchored by a 162,796-square-foot Meijer grocery store, which is not part of the 204,811-square-foot inline center that changed hands in the transaction. Built in 2003, the center sits on approximately 19.18 acres and offers a parking ratio of 10 spaces per 1,000 square feet.

Cushman & Wakefield served as the investment sales broker on behalf of the seller in the transaction, which was announced March 12, 2026.
