Pennrose Properties Completes 61-Unit Tandem Affordable Housing Development on Former I-195 Land in Providence

Pennrose Properties has completed Tandem, the second phase of a mixed-income multifamily development on former Interstate 195 land in Providence, Rhode Island, adding 61 affordable and workforce housing units to the Fox Point neighborhood. Combined with the first phase, Tempo, the two-building Parcel 9 project now totals 127 apartments at 55 George M Cohan Boulevard.

Taoyuan Aerotropolis Corporation Launches NT$54.5 Billion Asia Silicon Valley Mixed-Use Development Tender

Taoyuan Aerotropolis Corporation has formally launched a public tender for the Asia Silicon Valley Innovation and R&D Center and Surrounding Land Integrated Development project, a mixed-use scheme with an estimated total development value of approximately NT$54.5 billion. The solicitation covers 5.57 hectares of industrial and residential land in Taoyuan City's Zhongli District, with proposals due by January 25, 2027.
