GLP Group's Asset Services Platform (GLP ASP) has signed an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) agreement with Mercedes-Benz Group to manage the automaker's national supply chain centers across China, covering more than 300,000 square meters of logistics and supply chain facilities, the company announced April 9, 2026.

The agreement spans Mercedes-Benz supply chain locations in Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Chengdu, and Guangzhou, encompassing facilities in both GLP-managed and third-party industrial parks.

Scope of Services Across China Logistics Centers

Under the IFM agreement, GLP ASP will provide operational services to support the stable and efficient functioning of Mercedes-Benz's parts distribution and logistics network. Services include full-lifecycle facilities and asset management, support for automated logistics equipment, Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) management, energy optimization, sustainability initiatives, and emergency response mechanisms. GLP described the service scope as designed to meet the stringent operational requirements of an automotive supply chain.

GLP ASP delivers its services through three integrated components: property management, which covers security, cleaning, facility and equipment maintenance, and regular inspections; facility management, which includes logistics equipment support, engineering and construction, and integrated facilities management; and asset management, which provides management consulting, leasing, and smart and zero-carbon park solutions to third-party landlords.

GLP ASP Platform Scale and Reach

GLP ASP was founded in 2016 to address growing demand from customers seeking logistics and supply chain solutions to improve the operational efficiency of their assets. As of December 31, 2025, the platform serves more than 3,000 clients, with over 480 employees managing more than 40 million square meters across more than 80 cities and 450 industrial parks. Approximately 80% of that portfolio consists of GLP-managed assets, with the remainder comprising third-party properties.

The Mercedes-Benz agreement spans both GLP and non-GLP parks. GLP ASP has described its services as standardized yet flexible, enabling customized solutions for clients with complex, multi-site operations.

GLP China, the parent entity, oversees a total of 50 million square meters under management, including approximately 40 million square meters in operation across 70 cities, serving more than 2,500 domestic consumption-focused customers as of December 31, 2025. GLP China also ranks among China's top data center operators, with 1.4 gigawatts of secured IT capacity and over 1 gigawatt of renewable capacity under management.

GLP Group's Integrated Capabilities in Logistics and Operations

GLP Group has built its China platform around integrated capabilities spanning asset development and operations. The GLP ASP platform extends that model, allowing the firm to offer its operational expertise across industrial real estate assets beyond its own portfolio.

GLP Group is headquartered in Singapore, with GLP China operating as its primary vehicle for logistics and industrial real estate investment and management on the mainland.
