SANGER, Texas — Greystar has opened Birchway Sanger, a 306-residence rental community at 2014 Jackson Lane in Sanger, Texas, the company announced Sept. 23, 2026. The property offers a mix of traditional apartment homes and cottage-style rentals, targeting a market the company says has lacked nearby professionally managed multifamily supply.

Birchway Sanger's 306 residences include one- and two-bedroom apartment homes alongside a limited number of three-bedroom cottage-style homes with attached two-car garages. Select homes feature private balconies or pet yards. Interior finishes across the community include open-concept floor plans, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, full-size washers and dryers, spacious closets, smart thermostats and pre-installed high-speed internet.
