Hackman Capital Partners' Troy Studios Launches Multimillion-Euro Joint Venture to Expand Production Hub in Limerick

Hackman Capital Partners' Troy Studios has announced a multimillion-euro joint venture with BiggerStage and The MBS Group to create a global unscripted production hub at its County Limerick, Ireland facility.
The deal, announced January 29, 2026, involves an initial multi-year agreement between BiggerStage—the Irish independent production company founded by broadcast veteran Pat Kiely—and Troy Studios, Ireland's largest and most modern studio facility. The partnership will focus on attracting major international television formats to Limerick while supporting extensive training and skills development.
Facility Details
Troy Studios spans 26 acres in County Limerick, featuring four sound stages totaling 100,000 square feet (9,290 square meters) with an overall footprint of 350,000 square feet (32,516 square meters).
Under the agreement, BiggerStage and Troy Studios will invest to attract major international television formats to Limerick, with BiggerStage producing projects on the ground. Troy Studios will serve as a home for original IP development—a destination where the next wave of global hit programs can be piloted at scale. The facility will host pilot projects for major international partners in 2026, alongside BiggerStage's expanding original slate.
