Procaccianti Companies and Rugger Capital have acquired the 217-key Charleston Harbor Resort in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, while Suntex Marina Investors separately acquired the adjacent 459-slip Charleston Harbor Marina in a combined transaction reported at approximately $182.5 million. TPG Hotels & Resorts will manage the resort under a value-add repositioning strategy.
