Madison Capital Group Launches $200M Car Wash and Convenience Fund on iCapital Marketplace

Madison Capital Group has listed its Car Wash & Convenience Opportunity Fund, LLC on iCapital Marketplace, targeting $200 million in capital commitments for gas station convenience stores and express car wash properties. The Charlotte-based firm says the fund is designed to deliver tax-advantaged returns through 100% bonus depreciation under Section 168(k) of the Internal Revenue Code.
