A joint venture of Vanderbilt Office Properties, Hillwood Urban and TriPost Capital Partners has acquired the Towers at Williams Square, a multi-building office complex in the Las Colinas submarket of Irving, Texas, according to an announcement from Hillwood Urban. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Towers at Williams Square comprises four buildings located at 5215 N O'Connor Boulevard in Irving, Texas. The complex totals approximately 1.45 million square feet of rentable office space across its four structures. The property was originally developed in 1984.

The Buyer Group

Vanderbilt Office Properties, Hillwood Urban and TriPost Capital Partners are partnering in a joint venture structure for the acquisition. The specific equity split and capital structure were not disclosed.
