INDC Selma Lookout Pointe, LLC and Cambridge Lookout Pointe, LLC Near Completion of 281-Unit Multifamily Community in Selma, Texas

OAK BROOK, Ill. — INDC Selma Lookout Pointe, LLC, a subsidiary of Inland National Development Company, LLC, and its co-development member Cambridge Lookout Pointe, LLC, an affiliate of Cambridge Development Group, Inc., announced Sept. 18 that construction is nearing completion at Lookout Pointe, a 281-unit multifamily community located at 15497 Lookout Road in Selma, Texas. First residences are expected to be available in October 2026.

The community sits on a 9.17-acre parcel in Bexar County within the San Antonio MSA, adjacent to Inland's earlier Citadel at Lookout Road development at 15453 Lookout Road — a 303-unit community completed in January 2022. Together, the two projects represent more than 580 units of Class A multifamily supply along Lookout Road.

Unit Mix and Community Features

Lookout Pointe will include 19 studio, 167 one-bedroom and 95 two-bedroom residences. Interior finishes include 9-foot ceilings, open-concept layouts, plank-style flooring, stainless steel appliances, full-size in-unit washers and dryers, spacious closets, and private balconies or yards in select units.

Community amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, business center, resort-style swimming pool, dog park, rooftop patio with a gas grill and outdoor entertainment areas. The pet-friendly development was designed by Sage Architecture, Inc. of San Antonio, with interior design by Laura Britt Design Group of Austin. The NRP Group served as general contractor.

Location and Nearby Development

Lookout Pointe is positioned near the Interstate 35 corridor and Loop 1604 interchange in Selma, providing access to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and employment centers throughout the greater San Antonio area. The community is also located near University Health Retama Hospital, which is under development and scheduled to open in February 2027.

Third Co-Developed Project for the Partnership

Lookout Pointe is the third co-developed multifamily community that affiliates of Inland National Development Company, LLC and Cambridge Development Group, Inc. have brought to market. Construction began March 1, 2025, with a target completion date of September 2026 per state project filings. The Selma City Council previously approved rezoning the 9.17-acre parcel from a planned unit development designation to MF-3 Multifamily Dwelling District to accommodate the project.
