DALLAS, June 17, 2026 — JLL has arranged the off-market sale of Palomar West, a 248-unit apartment community in El Paso, Texas, the firm announced. JLL represented the seller, Saxony Capital Management, in the transaction. The buyer and financial terms were not disclosed.

Palomar West is situated at 535 S. Mesa Hills Dr. in the western portion of El Paso, on a 10.65-acre site. Built in 1986, the property offers a mix of one- and two-bedroom floor plans averaging 701 square feet. Community amenities include a saltwater pool, hot tub, fitness center and resident clubhouse, with convenient access to Interstate 10. The site features landscaping, green areas and views of the Franklin Mountains.
Location and Retail Access
The property is located near Sunland Towne Centre and The Shoppes at Solanna. Within two miles, residents have access to the only Whole Foods, Alamo Drafthouse and Top Golf locations in El Paso.
