FLORENCE, Ala. — July 22, 2026JLL has completed the sale of Singing River Cancer Center, a 45,904-square-foot, purpose-built cancer center in Florence, Alabama. Cypress West Partners sold the property to a joint venture between Remedy Medical Properties and Kayne Anderson Real Estate, JLL announced.

Property Overview: A Purpose-Built Oncology Facility in the Tennessee Valley

Constructed in 2020, Singing River Cancer Center is a single-story integrated cancer center situated on 6.55 acres at 180 Cox Creek Parkway South in the Shoals region of North Alabama. The facility is operated by OneOncology affiliates and provides medical oncology, diagnostic imaging, chemotherapy, radiation oncology, and infusion services to more than 150,000 residents across the Tennessee Valley.

The property's location places it within approximately two hours of Nashville, Memphis, Birmingham, and Huntsville, broadening its patient and referral reach across a multi-city trade area. The site is also in proximity to the University of North Alabama and multiple local and regional hospitals.

JLL Capital Markets' Medical Properties Group represented the seller, Cypress West Partners, and procured the buyer. The JLL team was led by Senior Managing Directors Evan Kovac, Andrew Milne, and John Chun, along with Senior Director Matt DiCesare and Managing Director Timothy Joyce.

"The property's strategic location in the Tennessee Valley, combined with its modern infrastructure and established tenant base serving a significant regional population, made it a compelling investment opportunity. Purpose-built cancer centers like this one fill a critical need in their communities while offering investors quality real estate with long-term operational stability."

The sale price, cap rate, and financing terms were not disclosed in the announcement.

The acquiring joint venture brings together two established players in healthcare real estate. Remedy Medical Properties is the largest owner and operator of outpatient medical real estate in the United States, with more than 52.4 million square feet across more than 1,100 properties in 44 states. The company offers a vertically integrated platform encompassing investments, asset management, development, leasing, property management, and consulting.

Kayne Anderson Real Estate is the joint venture's equity partner on the buyer side.
