Colliers has brokered the all-cash sale of Ocean Park Plaza, a 100,700-square-foot office and medical building at 2701 Ocean Park Boulevard in Santa Monica, to an undisclosed co-educational school planning to establish a new campus at the site. Tim Dornin and Scott Rigsby of Industry Partners and Dan Pickart of Newmark represented the buyer in the transaction.

Northwell Health Leases 30,000 SF at Station Yards as Tritec Real Estate Launches $175M Phase 2C in Ronkonkoma

Northwell Health has leased 30,000 square feet of medical office space at Station Yards in Ronkonkoma, becoming the largest commercial tenant at the transit-oriented development to date. Master developer Tritec Real Estate Company has begun demolition on the 6.72-acre Phase 2C site, with construction on three new five-story buildings expected to start this fall.
