Kingsbarn Realty Capital Acquires 21,000 SF Las Vegas Property for Cancer Treatment Center Development

Kingsbarn Realty Capital announced February 4, 2026, the acquisition of a 21,000-square-foot commercial property in Las Vegas that will be transformed into a cancer treatment facility.

The two-story building at 9139 W. Russell Road in the Desert Canyon Business Park will be developed into a cancer treatment center operated by ART Health, a joint venture focused on expanding access to advanced cancer care through multispecialty centers. Nevada Oncology Specialists will operate the facility.

Strategic Location Near Major Healthcare Providers

The property is positioned west of Interstate 215 and Russell Road, offering visibility and access to Summerlin, Southwest Las Vegas, and Green Valley. The property is located near regional healthcare providers, including Southern Hills Hospital, Spring Valley Hospital, and St. Rose Dominican Hospital.

Turnkey Development Model

ART Health develops freestanding cancer centers for physician practices and hospitals, managing the full development process including financing, design, engineering, construction, equipment installation, and clinical acceptance leading to first patient treatment. The joint venture brings advanced cancer therapies to clinical partners, including next-generation modalities that combine science, engineering, molecular biology, and artificial intelligence for cancer management.

ART Health recently opened the Newport Beach Radiation Oncology and Imaging center with the University of Southern California's Keck School of Medicine, demonstrating the organization's approach to partnering with leading clinical institutions.
