Buchanan Street Partners has acquired Interstate U-Stor – Ambassador, a 107,872-square-foot self-storage facility in Reno, Nevada, for $20.2 million. New York Life Insurance Company provided acquisition financing, and the deal was brokered by CBRE.

Buchanan Street Partners Closes $14.62M Construction Loan for Las Vegas Retail Center
Buchanan Mortgage Holdings, LLC, an affiliate of Buchanan Street Partners, has provided a $14.62 million non-recourse senior construction loan to finance a six-building, 32,000 RSF neighborhood retail center at Blue Diamond Road and Durango Drive in Enterprise, Nevada. The project, developed by Mass Equities, Inc., was 69% pre-leased by effective gross income at the time of financing.
