Kingsbarn Realty Capital Acquires 21,000-SF Medical Building in Las Vegas for Cancer Treatment Center

Real Estate Acquisition Targets Healthcare Expansion

Kingsbarn Realty Capital announced February 4, 2026, the acquisition of 9139 W. Russell Road, a 21,000-square-foot, two-story commercial property in Las Vegas, Nevada. The property will be developed into a cancer treatment facility operated by ART Health, a joint venture focused on expanding access to advanced cancer treatment through multispecialty cancer centers.

The medical office building is located in the Desert Canyon Business Park, positioned west of Interstate 215 and Russell Road. The property offers proximity to Summerlin, the Southwest, and Green Valley areas, as well as regional healthcare providers including Southern Hills, Spring Valley, and St. Rose Dominican Hospitals.

Development Partnership for Cancer Care Facility

ART Health will manage the full development process for the cancer treatment center, including financing, design, engineering, construction, equipment installation, and clinical acceptance. The joint venture's model enables clinical partners to expand cancer care services by delivering oncology facilities and managing the development from acquisition through first patient treatment.

Nevada Oncology Specialists will operate the facility upon completion. ART Health recently opened the Newport Beach Radiation Oncology and Imaging center with the University of Southern California's Keck School of Medicine, demonstrating the organization's approach to partnering with clinical institutions.
