Leasing Momentum Continues at Toringdon Office Park as Trinity Capital Advisors Closes Three New Deals in April

Trinity Capital Advisors has announced three new office leases at Toringdon Office Park in South Charlotte, continuing a run of leasing activity at the Class A suburban campus that has now totaled seven transactions through the first four months of 2026.
Daniels Company signed a 1,324-square-foot lease at Toringdon 5, Mark Spain Realty committed to 2,787 square feet at Toringdon 4, and TruNorth signed a 2,152-square-foot lease, also at Toringdon 4. All three transactions closed in April 2026, according to Trinity Capital Advisors.
April Leases Follow Strong First Quarter at Toringdon
The April closings build on four transactions that Trinity Capital Advisors completed at Toringdon during the first quarter of 2026. Daramic signed a 4,500-square-foot lease at Toringdon 5, and ResourceWise committed to 7,799 square feet at Toringdon 3. Two existing tenants also renewed their commitments to the park: ClearGen renewed 5,148 square feet at Toringdon 1, and BHHS / Preferred Carolinas renewed 8,436 square feet, also at Toringdon 1.
A Diverse Tenant Base at a South Charlotte Location
Toringdon Office Park is located directly off I-485 and Johnston Road, adjacent to Ballantyne in South Charlotte. The campus's existing tenant roster includes Pulte Homes, Hearst, AAA, Global Payments / Heartland, ADP, Leidos, and Venture One.
Trinity Capital Advisors' Ownership and Investment at Toringdon
Trinity Capital Advisors has owned portions of Toringdon since 2012 and subsequently brought the full office park under single ownership through the acquisition of its final four buildings. Since consolidating ownership, the firm has invested in campus upgrades including a full-service fitness center, a pocket park, and Bloom, a tenant experience program that offers on-site food trucks, fitness classes, community events, and related programming.

Toringdon Office Park comprises multiple buildings across the South Charlotte campus. Trinity Capital Advisors described the leasing activity as a continuation of strong momentum at the campus, noting that the park's accessibility, Class A product, and amenity base continue to attract companies to the South Charlotte location.
