IRVINE, Calif. — MBK Real Estate Companies, the multifamily development arm of MBK Real Estate Companies, announced Feb. 25, 2026, the completed sale of Esperanza at Duarte Station, a 344-unit luxury apartment community located in Duarte, California, within Los Angeles County. Financial terms and the identity of the buyer were not disclosed.

Berkadia represented the seller in the transaction. The investment sales team was led by Ryan Fitzpatrick, Chelsea Jervis, and CJ Angle.
