Mill Creek Residential Begins Preleasing at 345-Unit Modera Chandler in Southeast Phoenix

CHANDLER, Ariz. — Mill Creek Residential today announced the start of preleasing at Modera Chandler, a 345-unit garden-style multifamily community located at 3100 S. Arizona Avenue in Chandler, Arizona. First move-ins are anticipated for May 2026, the firm said in a press release dated April 28.

The development spans seven three-story buildings and offers one-, two- and three-bedroom homes with select den layouts and private patios or balconies. The community features a modern farmhouse-style aesthetic and is pursuing National Green Building Standard (NGBS) Bronze certification.

Modera Chandler's unit interiors include nine- and 11-foot ceilings, oversized windows, wood-style plank flooring, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, tile backsplashes, pendant lighting, movable kitchen islands with storage, spacious closets and in-home washers and dryers.
