Niam Real Estate, in partnership with Nordsten Development, has signed a 15-year lease agreement with Exacta Logistics at the MainHub Örebro logistics facility in Örebro, Sweden, the firm announced. The deal brings the 24,300-square-meter (approximately 261,459 square feet) industrial property to full occupancy.

The lease covers the entirety of the MainHub Örebro facility. No financial terms, including rental rate, were disclosed in connection with the transaction.

Niam's Real Estate Activity in the Nordics

The Örebro lease is part of Niam's real estate activity across the Nordic region. Recent transactions referenced by the firm include the acquisition of a logistics facility in Jönköping. The firm has also been active in commercial real estate financing through its Niam Credit platform, which recently announced a strategic partnership with a northern European institutional investor to provide tailored private real estate credit solutions to the Nordic market. That partnership is focused on structured real estate financings, including mezzanine and whole-loan solutions supporting sponsors across the region.
